American Disposal Services - Why have an attitude?
They missed picking up all of their customers on my street last Friday. I waited on hold for 30 minutes, starting as caller number 44, this morning. When i got to speak with Shonda, i was not rude, i didn't have an attitude, she was very helpful and forwarded my concern to dispatch. This afternoon a single driver with truck comes to our street. Apparently he was not happy, when he got here,all of our cans were either in our driveways or yard, when he left, all of our cans were left in the street.

American Disposal Services - WTF ???
I got a bill from them, yesterday, out of the blue, demanding $117.60 for their ( supposed ) services. They reference 2 invoices I ( supposedly ) got, and saying they're going to come and get my ( supposed ) trash containers. ( which I never had ). I have NEVER done business with American Disposal, much less do I have their containers, or owe them any money. They don't answer their phone, so I have no way of talking to anyone to find out what the *** is going on. If they're reporting this bogus bill to the credit bureaus and damaging my credit, there will be *** to pay !!!

We have been with American Disposal for a year and have had trouble with them from day 1. Unfortunately, they are the only ones that service my neighborhood that I can find. They constantly miss our trash and/or recycling. Customer service is impossible to get a hold...Read more

American Disposal Services - Skipped trash pickup
American disposal not only skipped picking up my trash they lied to me and said they would come back and pick it up...they didn't. They hung up on me 12 times and when they did answer they blamed me in any way they could. I always put can out the night before. I pay my bill faithfully and expect to get what i pay for so they steal my money by not providing the service i paid for.. They are THIEVES!!!!

American Disposal Services - DO NOT use this company
Absolutely the worst! They don’t completely empty the trash bin, they don’t close the lid so the snow and rain get in it and they leave the trash bin in the center of the driveway entryway. I had pre-paid for three months and ended up calling every single week about the same issue. When I told them that they had left the furnace filter in the trash bin they informed me that they only take kitchen trash.

American Disposal Services - I have no idea what to call this mess!
I’ve been holding for 25 minutes to try to pay my bill because I can’t seem to get the online system to cooperate. And then I got cut off!! I guess that’s one way to deal with high call volume!!!!! This bill is on my Ga property and I am in Florida. Please call me back while we still have phone service ( Hurricane Michael)!
